Estimate
For teams building disciplined infrastructure bids.
$499/month
Invoiced monthly · $5,988.00 over the 12-month commitment
Active construction projects are authorized projects in execution status. Leads, opportunities, capture plans, draft estimates, archived projects, and program groupings do not consume construction-project capacity.
Optional intelligence
Add Capture to Estimate or Delivery.
Program already includes these capabilities with a 100-target cap, so there is no duplicate add-on charge.

Plan guidance
Choose by operating need.
Why is Delivery recommended for project execution?
Delivery includes Estimating plus the complete Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Management, and project-level Financial Reporting modules. It also includes Core CRM. You do not need Program to run those execution and reporting workflows.
When should we choose Program?
Choose Program when you need related-project governance, shared resources and dependencies, consolidated operational and financial forecasts, executive reporting, and included advanced capture intelligence for up to 100 selected targets.
Does Capture give Estimate customers project-delivery access?
No. Estimate plus Capture unlocks Core CRM, advanced capture workflows, and eligible research. It does not unlock Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Management, project-level Financial Reporting, Program Management, more seats, or construction-project capacity.
What happens when a plan limit is reached?
ProjectPoint preserves authorized records and ordinary access. New capacity-dependent activity pauses until capacity is available or the organization accepts an upgrade. A limit does not delete customer data.
